- Orders are typically processed and securely packaged within 2–5 business days of confirmed payment. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship internationally via reputed courier and freight partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and others, using air or sea freight according to item size and customer preference.
- Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on destination country, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
- The full shipping cost is displayed prior to checkout for complete transparency.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- All shipments are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered At Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise agreed. The recipient is responsible for all destination customs duties, taxes, and related import fees.
- Please check with your local customs authorities for any specific import requirements or restrictions related to marble handicraft products.
- Marbeloz is not liable for delays due to customs processes or failure to comply with local regulations.
5. Documentation
Each international shipment includes all mandatory export documentation:
- Commercial Invoice, referencing relevant HS Codes for marble handicrafts and clearly displaying our registered Import Export Code (IEC):BGJPS1828G
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Quality Certificate (available on request)
These documents are prepared in strict accordance with Indian and international export standards to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
6. Packaging & Insurance
- Products are packed using high-quality, export-grade, and eco-friendly materials to minimize risk of transit damage.
- Comprehensive transit insurance is available as an option during checkout. Insurance is recommended for all fragile or high-value shipments.
7. Tracking & Delivery
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, enabling you to monitor your shipment.

8. Minimum Order Value
- A minimum order value of USD 350 applies to all international shipments. Orders below this threshold may not be processed.
9. Returns & Damages
- Returns for international orders are generally not accepted due to customs considerations.
- If your order is received in damaged condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo & Video evidence of the product and packaging. Claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate for timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Pay any applicable customs duties and taxes upon import.
- Verify local regulations for import of marble products before placing an order.
